Welcome to Banff Mini Shuttle. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and online booking system. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Our Services

• You may use our services only if you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By booking a ride with Banff Mini Shuttle, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.

• Payments can be made online or in person, depending on your selected service.

• Prices include GST, parking fees, and tolls unless otherwise stated.

• Round-trip bookings include both departure and return rides; timing for return rides must be confirmed in advance.

3. Changes & Cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

• Banff Mini Shuttle reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you and offer alternative arrangements or a refund.

4. Luggage & Passenger Limits

• Standard luggage allowances apply: e.g., one suitcase or either one carry-on per person.

• Extra luggage or oversized items must be communicated in advance and are subject to space availability.

• The maximum passenger capacity is determined by the size of the vehicle (e.g., 6 passengers per van).

5. Shared Ride Policy (Where Applicable)

• Some services may include shared rides with other passengers, especially during the "Ride Share from Calgary to Banff" and "Ride share from Banff to Calgary."

• Shared rides are grouped based on destination and timing to ensure efficiency.

• Special Discounts do not apply to ride share services, however you will still receive a discount on the other services if you book a ride share.
