At Banff Mini Shuttle, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable transportation experience from Calgary Airport to Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, and surrounding destinations. Please review our refund policy below for cancellations, refunds, and booking changes.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Full Refund:
  Customers are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are should have a proper reasoning for a full refund.

• Missed Trips / No-Shows:
  No refunds may be issued for missed pickups due to customer no-shows or inaccurate information (e.g., incorrect arrival time or location).

Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Special Circumstances

Refunds for cancellations due to extreme weather, road closures, or other uncontrollable events will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to fairness and flexibility in such situations.
